The USS CARR has a new Commander, George Edward Lang, Jr. He has invited the Carr family members and friends to join him and his crew for their Family Day at Sea on Friday July 28th 2006 in Norfolk Virginia I have a PDF document of the invitation and a biography of the Commander.
